Arizona Athletic Grounds is open 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday & Saturday.
Holiday hours may vary.

Parking is free for visitors Monday through Thursday and Friday until 3 p.m., with the exception of some weekday holidays. There is a daily fee for parking starting Friday at 3 p.m. through the weekend with all day in-and-out privileges.

Similar to other marquee sports destinations, Arizona Athletic Grounds charges a fee for all spectators. This fee helps maintain our world-class facilities and is determined in conjunction with the event or tournament organizer. For more information about tickets, visit our ticket page. 

There are a number of free admission areas at the park including the covered walkway, The Yard and practices during the week. 

Participating athletes, coaches, officials and promoters are credentialed at the box office.

Yes, we offer shuttle service during high volume times on event weekends. Hours may vary. Shuttles are designated with 'Courtesy Cart' signs.

Arizona Athletic Grounds is a cashless facility. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you arrive on the Grounds with only cash, no fee reverse ATM's are available to turn your cash into a pre-paid debit card which can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted.
 

Outside food & beverage are not permitted on the Grounds, unless for a medical purpose. Athletes and spectators may bring water or hydration drinks, and coolers of water are allowed at outdoor venues only.

AAG offers a wide variety of food & beverage options to accommodate fans with allergies, intolerances, restrictions or religious requirements.

Spectators are permitted to bring folding chairs or bleacher seats for outdoor venues. Ample seating is available indoors, therefore, chairs are not permitted. However, you may bring portable seat cushions.

Only authorized media is allowed to film at the Grounds if video is being used for commercial purposes. No photography, videotaping, recording of any kind, or otherwise engaging in any media activity is allowed for commercial purposes.
 

Yes, however no items are allowed to be staked into the outdoor field areas regardless of surface (natural grass or turf). You must bring your own system to weigh down your tent or flags, such as sandbags.

Prohibition of Weapons:
Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on Arizona Athletic Grounds property. This includes, but is not limited to: firearms, ammunition, knives or any other potentially hazardous items such as explosives or chemicals.

Exceptions for Law Enforcement Personnel:
In accordance with H.R. 218 (Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act - LEOSA), employees who are retired or current law enforcement officers, and have proper credentials, may be permitted to carry a firearm on company property, with Company permission only, and so long as they are in compliance with state law and not considered a "prohibited possessor", per ARS 13-3101.7. This aligns with the AAG Code of Conduct, which allows any guest visiting the facility who is a current or retired member of law enforcement (with appropriate credentials) to carry a firearm while on the property.

Company permission is obtained through explicit written permission from the company in advance. Requests should be directed to info@azgrounds.com with the subject line: "Firearm Request - Attn: Human Resources," and must include the following information in the body of the email:
- Name of the individual making the request
- Purpose for bringing the firearm onto company property
- Specific event and/or duration of the intended presence on the property
- Attach a photo image of credential
- Any additional relevant details

Other prohibited items:
- Outside alcohol
- Outside food & beverage
- Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g., pepper spray, mace)
- Marijuana (including marijuana enriched products) or any illegal substance
- Smoking or Vaping
- Propane heaters
- Fire Pits
- No metal cleats are permitted. Only molded cleats and athletic shoes are accepted on Turf Fields.
- Fireworks or other similarly explosive and/or flammable objects
- Smoke machines or Fog machines (must have prior approval from Arizona Athletic Grounds)
- Horns, whistles, large megaphones or artificial noise makers (must have prior approval from Arizona Athletic Grounds)
- Recreational devices such as drones, remote-control toys, skateboards, scooters, inline skates or shoes with built in wheels
- Strollers of unreasonable width, length and height. Stroller wagons are allowed at fields complexes
- Wagons are prohibited indoor.
- Wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels or devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered and/or unoccupied. Training wheels and/or modifications are not permitted. Devices must be manually or electrically powered and operated at a walking pace. Devices should be single rider.
- Suitcases, bags, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm) are not allowed *(excludes outdoor venues)
- Coolers not permitted inside. Permitted outside with water or hydration related drinks only.
- Balloons are not permitted

- Tailgating in parking lots
- Overnight parking
- The sale of goods or services, or the display of goods or services, unless prior written approval has been obtained
- The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind unless prior written approval has been obtained
- Engaging with other guests or impeding operations while posing as or portraying any character in costume unless prior written approval has been obtained
- Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation at Arizona Athletic Grounds
- Unauthorized access or entry into backstage areas or areas designated only for Authorized Personnel
- Unauthorized events, speeches, or use of any flag, banner, sign or other material for-commercial purposes, or as part of a demonstration
- Obstructing sidewalks, entrances, driveways, patios, vestibules, stairways, corridors, halls or landings
- Unauthorized solicitations of any kind, whether commercial, religious, or educational
- Conducting any unauthorized commercial activities, including solicitations of money or other contributions or donations

Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times unless in a designated area. We reserve the right to deny admission to, or remove, any person wearing attire we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests such as those containing objectionable language or designs.

No. Only designated service animals are permitted. Under Title II and III of the ADA, service animals are limited to dogs. All other animals, including emotional support, comfort or companion animals, are not considered service animals and will not be permitted. Service animals should remain on leash and under the owner's control.

What are the company rights?
Arizona Athletic Grounds and its designated roadways, walkways, and parking areas, is private property.
We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters Arizona Athletic Grounds, and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.

We reserve the right to deny admission, prevent entry or require a person already admitted to leave Arizona Athletic Grounds or any party thereof, without refund, liability or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion

We may from time to time, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation, change the operating hours of any facility, close Arizona Athletic Grounds or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a facility and/or suspend or cancel any entertainment program if we consider that the circumstances so require.

We reserve the right to enter any room at Arizona Athletic Grounds for maintenance, safety, security or any other purpose, even if the room is occupied
