Arizona Athletic Grounds to Host American Cornhole League through 2028

Premier cornhole events return to Mesa with multi-year agreement bringing national competition and broadcast coverage to Arizona Athletic Grounds

February 20, 2026 — Arizona Athletic Grounds has entered a multi-year partnership with the American Cornhole League ("ACL") the worldwide governing body for professional, competitive and recreational cornhole, to bring their Signature Open series annually to the facility from 2026-2028.

ACL Signature Opens are national level American Cornhole League events that bring together both amateur and professional competitors, creating some of the most dynamic and inclusive tournaments of the ACL season. Embodying the ACL's 'Anyone can play. Anyone can win^TM,' philosophy, Signature Open events feature players of all skill levels for a multi-day competition that includes both amateur brackets and official ACL Pro Tour tournaments. Many Signature Opens are nationally broadcast, with professional matchups featured on platforms such as ESPN+ and ACL's media channels.

The 2026 event, scheduled for July 10-12, will mark the third at the Grounds for ACL. More information will be available in the coming months.
